All Westwood Windows are delivered with the following features:
- Clear kiln dried Western Red Cedar or Douglas Fir.
- Durable "Truth Hardware" lever operators, hinges and sash locks.
- No finger jointed material.
- Jambs are a full 1 1/2" in thickness, rabbeted, siliconed and screwed at the corners (no staples) for maximum strength.
- One solid piece of wood for extra wide jambs of up to 11" in width, back-scored to prevent cupping or
warping (no laminating, no jamb extensions).
- All sashes are mortise and tenon jointed, glued and screwed, providing maximum strength and alignment.
- Glazing - all windows are double glazed, IGMAC approved, with a limited 5 year warranty.
- Sash locks are standard on windows 4 feet and over in height.
- All opening windows have screens removable from the inside.
- Built and tested to CSA Standard (CAN/CSA-A440-M90)

- Prefinishing: 3 coats stain finish sprayed evenly in a controlled environment in our custom spray booth ensures a smooth finish.
Avoid battling the weather and insects brushing 3 coats on yourself and taking up an excessive amount of your valuable time.
